INTRODUCTION

Different layouts or views are very important in case of Excel. The reason for this importance is the absence of the clear cut boundaries between the pages as we find in the Word Processors.

Every time, when we start a new worksheet , it’ll always open in the NORMAL VIEW.

Before printing the sheet , we need to make all the settings over and again to bring the data sheet into the required format. This is where we may take the advantage offered by the CUSTOM VIEWS option.

Custom view is a setting which can be saved for different margins and settings which can be saved simply and re applied to the new data when necessary.
